Their team of 100 plus investment banking professionals, covering seven industry verticals, is committed to providing emerging growth and mid-sized businesses with strategic advisory services and capital market strategies. Within the Financial Institutions Group, the firm currently covers Asset Managers, BDC’s, Closed End Funds, Diversified Finance, Financial Technology, and Real Estate Investment Trusts.
We are searching for a Managing Director with a focus on Consumer and/or Commercial Finance to strengthen the Specialty Finance Investment Banking practice.

We are searching for a Managing Director with a focus on Consumer and/or Commercial Finance to strengthen the Specialty Finance Investment Banking practice.
Responsibilities
- Origination of initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions to equity and debt capital markets, primarily working with Consumer and/or Commercial Finance clients
- Diligently follow up on in-house referrals, particularly those originated by the Wealth Management practice
- Leverage all other elements of the platform to optimize services provided to clients
- Assist and provide oversight to junior investment banking staff in all responsibilities related to the execution of transactions generated by the MD.
- Proven experience as a senior member of a well-respected Specialty Finance Investment Banking team
- A track record of revenue generation and a superior reputation among the targeted client base
- Emphasis on M&A experience, particularly in the Consumer and/or Commercial Finance spaces
- The Firm is known for being client and relationship centric. Therefore, the MD must embody these characteristics and be willing to think creatively and objectively to address clients’ needs.
