Chief Retail & Experience Officer. Location: Southeast
The Chief Retail Officer is responsible for overall leadership, direction, and effectiveness of the retail sales process, customer service model, and strategy for all delivery channels to ensure short and long-term goals are met. The Chief Retail Officer will establish enhanced frameworks for sustainable sales culture, training and development, business development plan, CRM strategies utilization, technology solutions, and performance management reporting. The desired candidate must be curious, inquisitive and articulate; a “people person” with a deep analytical mind and a leadership style that earns trust and respect so that changes are embraced by employees and customers.
