- Work with the existing team to execute search mandates with institutions throughout the country. Typical client point of contact: Boards members, C-Level Execs, Group Heads and Directors of HR
- Key execution person on assigned search mandates that includes end to end candidate coordination, negotiations, hiring, and client communication where appropriate.
- Become an insider in the bank space and a strategic partner for the professionals with whom you interact. This will be accomplished through avid reading of industry news, daily conversations with colleagues and industry professionals and a sincere desire to immerse yourself in the banking and fintech industries.

The Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a recruiter (preferably focused on financial roles) or banking professional in a relationship-oriented role is highly desirable.
- The ideal candidate will be an intelligent professional and have a high aptitude for relationship building/sales.
